Great selection. The bi color fruit look so pretty

Thanks Amy I agree, Ilamas are top tier fruit in my opinion, I am also pretty excited about the green Rollinia.
I am watching that too. Unfortunately I already maxed out on plants for this month. Hopefully that's not one and only you have lol

52
It's so faded and hard to read. But according to that white piece is paper which I can see, the sent date is 11-09-2565

Which is September 11, 2022.

53
Op might have a totally cool new thing. I look at all my seedlings and none have the protrusions underneath the leaf

54
From the seedling I have.

55
My cherimoya also have some round leaf like this. Some have pointed end. I think it's normal?

64
Is it hard to germinate achacha? I'm interested and glad it isn't $10 a seed

65
Cuttings arrived safely a few days ago. Very fast shipping too.
Thank you so much for your time and kindness. I appreciate it :D

Hi all,
I am new to growing tropical trees... Trying to setup and grow 2 or 3 dwarf Mango varieties. Any good place to buy around SoCal? also looking for suggestions on  Carrie, Mallika and Keitt? (early, mid and late season)  Tasted Keitt and Mallika and liked it.
Any thoughts on Dwarf Hawaiian, Nam Doc Mai and Angie?
Thanks for the Help
Bought Keitt Mango and when I opened  husk already seed was sprouting, looks like there are 2 shoots… So, is this polyembryonic cross pollination? any advise? is this be useful to grow? may be just for fun?

Keitt mango i ate had already germinated inside the pod similar to this too. I planted it right the way and forgot to take picture. The flesh was so good too. Sweet, juicy, with little coconut taste toward the skin. It was delicious 🤤

67
I kept them in the bag you sent me. All the Seeds are finally pushing out their first root! I'm putting them in nursery pot today. Thanks a bunch Richard :D

68
Is it free and just pay for shipping? This my first time seeing this plant. The leaf looks like papaya which is interesting. I love to grow some.:D

Is it the same as June plum or can it be graft into June plum?

Theres literally one study online researching Spondias grafting lol. It looks like hog plum can graft well onto other Spondias species easily, more or less. Unfortunately, June plum (S. dulcis) wasn't part of the study. Probably worth a try.

I'm definitely going to try it lol. Hope it work out

So I’ve seen posts like these on instagram… any idea why they bag the mangos? They look like paper bags and I’m wondering if it helps with tree ripening maybe🤔🤷‍♂️

Thanks,
Joe
I think It is to keep bugs and pest off and keep the skin look beautiful. It also protects it from chemicals they may use. And help the make it turn yellow from the lack of sun light hitting it.

It look like red custard apple/annona reticulata? The skin is smooth rather than bumpy right? Other may know more than I do

I saw Ruby supreme at home Depot. Is it the same thing as pink guava? How does it taste? I had pink guava before and i didn't remember linking it much.
