Male  plants(seeds) outnumber female plants by a large percentage.

I grow mine in the hothouse for all year round fruit too. If they get too tall I marcot mine and replant the top for lower setting fruit.

The jam is awesome. I  bought some davidson plum and macadamia jam. Yum. Very sour raw though.

Yes I will have enough to make some jam this year, I saw some at TFW on the Gold Coast a few months ago and forgot to grab a bottle on the way out.
Any big deal on the black Turmeric? I have the red and orange varieties.

Is it true that it is dioecious ?

Yes they are. I read some anecdotal notes that you can tell by the colour of the leaf bracts, red is one gender, white is the other. Don't know how true it is.

Are you selling Ziziphus Celata seeds? or I think they call it Florida jujube. Apparently a rare native of Florida. Would like to know more about this species.

I fluked a cutting once and once only, but I'm led to believe they are propagated by cutting, probably under heat and mist and the cutting would have to be just at the right maturity. My mail order nursery has no problems propagating them, but I don't know how. The two white seedlings I have (9ft tall) are two years old from seed and no sign of flowers. I ordered them from  Hawaii I think, not 100% sure. We are entering spring here and I'm hoping like mad it'll flower and fruit this year. Someone on here said the white are more cold tolerant than the red variety, I have no personal experience with that just yet.

Sure, I'll take some pics as soon as I can, not getting home before dark most days, but the tree looks identical to the red variety. I'm hoping for some flowers this year. I think the seeds originally came from Hawaii.

There is an Australian arm of Incredible Edibles so no doubt there will be a good chance of seeing it in your local Bunnies store in the near future.

Is the best time to graft Spring through to early summer when the sap is flowing? then maybe late summer/autumn? As you would if you were taking marcotts? I'm going to give it a go, I have only one seedling Ross sapote and would like more.

This Javanese sugar apple has produced beautiful large fruit for the past 2yrs. 

This is the A. diversifolia you saw but upsized the pot around a year ago. I've not long pruned a third off of the canopy to keep it manageable in the polyhouse. Should've pruned that lower branch off as well.

The Annona in the pot is legit, no roots have escaped under my watch, it's been id'd as A. reticulata and flowered last year.  Almost everything in the polyhouse is grown  in hydroponic cultures of differing methods. I can get much more tree bulk and faster growth over growing in soil based mixes. Now trialing Soursop, Rollinia, Gacinia's, papaya, amongst others.

Looking for fresh viable seeds, I see Carlos was selling fresh seed 4 years ago, anyone have any luck with germination, and or flowers and fruit?  I've PM'd you Carlos.
