I have a Kesar mango grafted tree for 6 years. Gives 6-8 fruits every year . Tree is not branching. Seems like the branches bending downwards. Any advise?

My Sapodilla tree  is from a seedling and is 13 years old not flowering. What i do to make it flower?  I also have grafted one with plenty of flowers and not one fruit last year. Flowers again this year, what do i do to get some fruits.
