What are the options for the scion?

Since Neelam is a small tree, do you think it will have any effect on the size of the grafted trees? It would be great if it caused dwarfing!
Just wondering would it be possible to have 2 grafts on the same tree?
I'm mostly doing this for the non south florida growers so I figured turp wouldn't be necessary.
Do you know if any of theses varieties will do well settong flowers in a rainy climate? I have a casturi tree and a nam doc mai already. Thanks
