Josh put Guillermo's seeds in giberic acid for over 48 hours and then put them in a ziplot bag with moist coconut fiber and within 2 weeks they started to germinate.

With expertise from forum members it was established that my tree with fruit above is a Guillermo or seedling of it. I would encourage people to snap up seeds as they are very nice to eat.
