Please tell more about this fruit
How old is the tree? How big is the tree?  Was this just one random fruit or all are huge?
And finally when you and half the state sample it how does it taste?
Please post a picture here or I guess I can go on Facebook for the
first time if you can't

Ken Love posted some photos years back from one of his trips to Kerala, India with jackfruits 120+ pounds. But i remember they had much more elongated (torpedo) shape than the one in your photo.

That Jack had supersymmetry (sci geeks)
The tree is prone to only having a couple on it in a year. This year started with a bad drought and then to floods .This is the third 100lb jack that I have grown, one was a borneo red.I don't know why they grow to these proportions here. They do seem to like the heavier soils in my grove and yes their are some areas that the CEC is near 20.

Did the heavy fruit need support or it was on its own stem?

BTW, I saw a video of red color jack in Vietnam. Anyone have it here in US?

I know adult humans who weigh less than that Jackfruit. Unreal. Awesome.
