Anyone have good chayote varieties? Potato chayote perhaps or an edible tuber variety?

I think Josh Jamison at Heart Village Nursery had one of those potato chayotes, but I can't find the article again.

Cody cove farms is his new nursery. They're out of that one though according to the website.
