What's wrong with this avocado?

 Anyone have an idea what's wrong with it? In a pot. I have several avocados in pots and only this one looks like this.

To it looks like it needs lotion. Lol. Not sure what I'm looking for.

Looks like a micronutrient deficiency.  Happens to my mangoes and avocados sometimes.  I use Fish / Seaweed liquid fertilizer on them and it usually solves the problem.

I sprayed it with foliage spray and lightly fertilized it. Hope that works.
