I'd like to add my welcome to Har. I had the pleasure of first meeting him when Al Will's Sub-Tropical Fruit Culture Class visited Zill's Nursery during my second year of taking the course (no I wasn't left back....I took the course for three years auditing it just to go on the field trips). The first year, our visit was hosted by Gary Zill. I found him to be a bit impatient with our group of students hungering for plant bargains and knowledge. The second year, Gary pawned off the hosting assignment to Har. I found Har to be considerably more hospitable and helpful. Since that time (1995) I have seen him speak at numerous meetings and always find his lectures fascinating and informative. His knowledge about many areas of the fruiting world are unsurpassed by anyone else I know or have encountered. We are indeed fortunate to have him here on the Forum.
