When to transplant citrus seedlings
« on: February 04, 2023, 08:02:23 PM »
Hey, I just had some mystery sweet lemon seeds sprout for me, not sure which kind. Anyways, one seed sprouted two sprouts, maybe it was polyembryonic. At what size would they be the easiest to separate without traumatizing them? Right now, they haven't finished growing their first leaves yet. Also, what depth of a pot would be good for them, if I'm eventually planning on getting them into the ground? Let me know if anyone needs photos but not much to see at the moment. Thanks!

If there are 2 seedlings on 1 root keep them together.  If they are compete individuals separate them as soon as you can.
