I would like to spray new flush with zinc and manganese.
What do you all use for this combo?

Zink and manganese normally is already a part of the formulation of a good fertilizer.  If they are not in the fertilizer you use, you can use zinc sulfate and manganese sulfate as either a foliage spray or ground applied.

I do use fertilizer with micros.
My tap water has a pH 8.7, so micros availability is low.
My micros spray has Fe so can’t use on new growth.

I started adding a little bit of vinegar to my tap water. I think that solves the PH problem and will make nutrients available?

What happens if you spray a liquid fertilizer with FE on new growth?

On my citrus graft the tips died.
On my lychee the whole new shoot died.

Lychee literature says to spray emerging leaves with Zinc and manganese.
I’m trying to spray on citrus too.

I’ll switch full micros, or just Fe and boron when leaves are mature.

I have a lot of potted plants.
I have used vinegar.
It’s not a solution for me.

I’m looking into slow release sulfur and MicroMax.
For now I need to spray new leaves soon.

What is the alkalinity of your water?
That is more important then pH. High pH water with relatively low alkalinity can be adjusted (vinegar, pH Down etc). But high alkalinity can't easily be pH lowered. I t "fights back".
High pH by itself won't lower the potting soil pH. It is the alkalinity that does it.

Try searching for wetable cheleated zinc on-line. That should give you some options.

Rain water is far better than tap water if you can collect it. Plants will grow better. There's chlorine, salts, all sorts of stuff in tap water.

 I see you live in Garden Grove.  I been to Garden Grove many times as my  uncle lived in that town.  Does Garden Grove let you collect some quantity of rain water? Here in Colorado many of the commercial greenhouses use phosphoric acid to adjust their pH levels  Does not take much to attain a pH of approx. 6.5.

I have 8 55 gallon drums of rain water.
Most go to lychee and jaboticaba.
Not enough for thirsty citrus.

I can’t use it on emerging leaves.

Just looking for good one to spray early.
I’ll buy some zinc sulfate and manganese sulfate to try.
