This is 1st yr for me eating some skins.
Got the idea watching the great Har do so in TT video with M4 & family in India doing so with Cogshall.
1st i eat the slice of flesh, and then as i'm scraping the skin clean with teeth if it breaks, i chew it. If it's good, keep chewing

I did it with those 2 + Pickering & a couple Kents. Not all of the mentioned are always tasty. I guess like how i ate a dozen m4, pickering, 6 cogshall & 4 dozen kents & almost none where exactly the same. Try skin on more then one of even the same fruit. I froze some slices with skin on.
