Thank you did your input.   I just broke the sterm, it has scent similar to mint  cough drop but not strong.  Hope I describe it right and it helps.

if you just got this few months ago, you don't know seller just transplanted or up potted it.  I would wait to make sure it's adapt to your area, healthy and push out new growth. 
as far as tipping it, knee high is good too depending on your goal.   i am Socal dont have much space, i tip it at knee high or lower depend on fruit tree and location.

Tony, your fruits and tree looks good. Do you know what variety your tree is?
Seems to be a late ripening variety.

 
Mine is 99% Brewster grafted on longan.   Don't know that causes late ripen.  This is still earlier than previous seasons.  I water 2-3 times a week and 1 of them is  heavy watering.

i have 1 rooted this year and i am in Orange County.  Let me know if you're interested.

I got this Manila mango tree from big box store as rootstock.   I have it in container for about 3 yrs and just put it in ground today.  I just saw this look like flower.  Is that right? Has anyone have experiences
Or thoughts about it?

Hi guys,

My grafted tree was fine but last year it was not good.  It produced very little oranges and tangerines.  They are smaller then previous years and have black darken skin.  But lemon is OK. 
I sprayed foliage  2x a year in spring and summer.  I also feed 8-6-8 fertilizer every month.   I water lot every week from pond water.  Is anyone know what's wrong with my tree and should I worry?

Nice Nate.   Mine fruited last year and i harvested in Sept.  You and I are in same city.  When did you stop feeding it?
