I am also curious about this. People told me the jackfruit is ready when you see the bottom gets stressed out like it's about to bust.

Folks,

I am thinking to plant couple of Malay apple trees for shade and fruit in my back yard. I have a question. Can they survive the winter in the Riverside-Temecula area? My brother said I should be fine. He said he's not seen frost in years. Thanks!

Hello everyone,

I just moved to Southern Cali and am in the process of planting a bunch of tropical fruit trees. So far, I have guava, avocado, longan, miracle fruit, jab, atemoya. I still have a long list to go. I have 0.35 acre of land here. This forum is wonderful. Thanks everyone!

My brother's father-in-law lives in Lutz and he has all kind of tropical fruit trees like custard apple, June plum, atemoya, etc.
