That might work. I usually cover them with a towel and put the box in my pantry. That does it. Heard rice container also helps. Hope you enjoy them. Good when ripe.

Indian stores in Los Angeles are selling Mallika mangoes grown in Mexico. Amazing taste. Check your local Indian stores, hopefully they have some. Almost end of the season though.
