What variety fruit?
« on: July 26, 2020, 09:17:42 PM »

Can anyone tell me what variety fruit the above is? This is first time the tree is fruiting after 6 years and no name was given.

I’m not an expert, but it looks like a cherimoya or an atemoya. Definitely an annona fruit.

It looks like an African Pride atemoya. It would help if you could post a picture of a mature leaf from that tree. Thank you.

Thank you for the picture. I am pretty sure it is an African Pride Atemoya.

Appears to be an atemoya. African pride or gefner are likely as they are the most common but you might need Nostradamus on he case to predict it at that stage of its development.
