Tropic white guava stopped fruiting

I got my tropic white guava at Lowe’s as a 3g. Most of their 3g guavas are flowering in the pot, but this one didn’t flower or fruit it’s first year. It’s second year it gave me 5 fruits but didn’t flower in winter and this year it didn’t fruit spring and now no flowers in fall either.

Any idea why this isn’t fruiting? A tree that is 1.5 years younger fruited it’s first spring, fall, an absolutely massive spring crop this year and is now flowering (for comparison). Their growing conditions are the same. Any thoughts?

Guava flowers on new branches.
You trimmed the tree with flowers but you did not trim the tree without flowers?

I’ve trimmed the non fruiting one several times (and it’s a year older and significantly larger) and have not trimmed the fruiting one

I trimmed my guava in March and get flowers 3 months later.
I trimmed again in August and get flowers 2 months later.

Try it next year.
