Tropical Fruit Buy, Sell & Trade / Re: Looking for Sansho and Sechuan Pepper plants (M and F)
« on: February 26, 2023, 09:47:18 AM »Matt from Wanderlust Nursery here! We have plants in stock, they're just still dormant. Our clone of Zanthoxylum simulans is self fertile and has a good flavor. They are cutting grown.
We have carried Zanthoxylum piperitum and Zanthoxylum planispinum in the past. Zanthoxylum planispinum has a great flavor and is evergreen, so that"s neat.Looking for Sansho and Sechuan Pepper plants (M and F). Open to trading or purchasing.
One World usually has them.

I don't have experience with them, but there are also:

If you are interested with NA natives that likely can pollinate szechuan/sansho pepper:

I got my americanum from Redbud. They don't list it in the catalog, but I wouldn't be surprised if they can get one.
In a pinch, I can mail you some of my babies. (Likely clonal shoots) May have to wait for spring, though.
Hey Matt,
It's been over a week and there is still no shipping information for my order. Please PM me if you can. Thanks.
