If the stress came from a dry pot I would submerge the pot underwater over night then re pot. If it's just from a hot shipping box I wouldnt worry to much about anything but watering it and or re potting.

Water the plant and stick in a bigger pot.  For me, it is better to have them in large pots so the moisture will stick around longer plus it is hard to overwater jabo to the point of hurting the plant.

Just water it well. It’ll slowly drop the leaves that are dry and send out new ones in a few weeks.

Obviously, no stress and keeping all leaves is best. But once a plant is drought stressed, dropping leaves is actually not a bad sign. It means the plant is able to compensate for the water stress by reducing transpiration. If the plant whithers but does not drop leaves that is when its time to worry.

What soil is this in? This looks to be classic overwatering or boggy conditions. Jabos do not like to be drowned, they like to be refreshingly moist.

Give it a good soak in water and keep it in a shady spot for a while. It should perk up once it’s rehydrated and gets used to its new spot.

I hate to ask but why in the world wouldn't you time a plant delivery well AFTER you came back from a vacation?

If that's so, I'd ask for replacements.

Just give it some basic TLC and it should bounce back just fine.
Brown leaf tips are not unusual and can happen to the healthiest of plants.
I grow mine in average organic/sand soil in containers with good drainage.
They get watered everyday this time of year.
Acclimate it to full sun and give it a weekly feeding of liquid plant food like Miracle Grow or Fish emulsion.

With my trees in pots, I mix about 2/3 potting mix to 1/3 coconut coir. Coconut coir (or Coco peat) keeps the soil nice and moist. Would do your Jabuticaba some good.
