What soil is this in? This looks to be classic overwatering or boggy conditions. Jabos do not like to be drowned, they like to be refreshingly moist.
Give it a good soak in water and keep it in a shady spot for a while. It should perk up once it’s rehydrated and gets used to its new spot.
I hate to ask but why in the world wouldn't you time a plant delivery well AFTER you came back from a vacation?
Just give it some basic TLC and it should bounce back just fine. Brown leaf tips are not unusual and can happen to the healthiest of plants. I grow mine in average organic/sand soil in containers with good drainage. They get watered everyday this time of year.Acclimate it to full sun and give it a weekly feeding of liquid plant food like Miracle Grow or Fish emulsion.Kevin
