The depth looks fine, but that pot looks too large for a tree that small.  It is likely to get stagnant, you might want to use a smaller container until it grows into it.  These trees grow really fast so it probably won't take long, and you might be okay without changing anything.

It's actually growing pretty good in the current pot the only real problem is pests keep eating the leaves but luckily not too bad I'm trying to keep a close eye on it and if it gets to it I'm gonna keep it inside

Did you grow it from seed? If yes, then how long has it been since you planted the seed?

If I were you, I'dd add another inch or two of soil.
