Wanted- Specific bamboo

Hey, just wondering if anyone here has:
Bambusa oldhamii - Giant Timber Bamboo
or
Bambusa Malingensis -Seabreeze Bamboo?
I am looking for these in particular because they are clumping types that can stand a decently low temperature and also have good edibility. I am willing to trade a variety of things or purchase outright.

I know very little about it but I like eating it, can you grow edible bamboo in WA?

From my research, these two look like they can take the cold in my area.
