I had never heard of this kumquat and I have pretty much every kumquat & hybrid I have been able to find.  I think it is not available in the US, and I haven't ever seen it discussed on this forum.  You should try it and let us know :)

Reale = diploid Monreal Clementine x tetraploid Fortunaella hindsii
or according to an other source:
(diploid Monreal x diploid F. hindsii) x tetraploid G. hindsii

Wow,  a little bit bigger than 1 table spoon assuming it specific gravity is close to but a tad less than 1 'It floats in water'.

There are (https://citrusforum.org.ua/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=105) a couple of reviews of real citrus growers. I'll translate one:
Quote
Fruits come in very different sizes: from hazel to quite large ones, like a small clementine. The skin is thick, rather sweet, the flesh is sour, the seeds are very rare. In general, it would be quite edible and even pleasantly refreshing, but a rather pungent smell of essential oils (like Hindi, but not so strong) spoils the whole impression.
