I am proud to have grown this 2 years old avocado 🥑🥑 tree. Can some experts advice as to how long it may take for it to bear fruits. Thanks.

Maybe next year. It will need to grow larger.

We have a 2 year old Brogdon avocado that held 2 fruits this year, no bigger than your tree. Just depends on the tree. Looks good

If you grew it from seed, it could take (many) years. I have a tree started from seed in 2014, the trunk is thicker than fence post, nothing but vegetative flushes, so far.

If you cut a ful circle around the trunk and sever the cambium with a razor its supposed to induce bloom the following spring. October is supposed to be the time to do it. Ive never done it but gray martin told me to do this and he has grown thousands of avocadomseedlings looking for new types.
I assume the original posters tree is grafted since it says grafted. It should make fruit by year 4 at the latest if its a grafted variety that does well(fruits) there.
