Are they males or females. Because that is what you can get when you plant seeds of black sapote.

Are you sure?  I have a single black sapote seedling tree and it fruits.  Pretty sure there are no others around

According to wikipedia there can be male only trees. That said, I'm not sure if it is possible to sex black sapote seedlings this young.

I'm growing them out for rootstock, so not too concerned about determining their sex. I just happen to have a few extras to sell cheap, trade, or share.
