BTW Oscar,All of my Plinia edulis seeds sprouted (maybe except for one, still may be germinating)I notice the chlorine water kills the first sprouts, and they come back from the seed again.All of mine died back,and came back!this is one of my favorite trees so far, and best fruits ever.
Here is a little tip for everyone growing cambuca from seeds - and before you plant the seeds... You divide the seeds in half and each half (cotyledon) will sprout. That way you get twice as many trees. I don't know if this is possible with seeds from other species but probably. Tomas
