My mother did some research online about our name Seeds Del Mundo and she stumbled different forum chats on this forum. I will reply to all the messages once because we really don't like all this negativity from one person while we are doing our best to solve everything.
If you read this subject carefully what is opened by Forster who had a questions, everything is worked out perfectly fine. Forster self wrote this here below, so I hope everything is clear voor everybody. The person Agreendream (Christopher) is spreading unnecessary negativity about us. We are really sad about this. I hope when other "customers" or I prefer I call our customers "our friends" are reading this, are willing to take the time and effort to let the community know that we are all about love, caring and honesty.
Please read the message of our friend Foster below that is a confirmation of how we solve weird issues. You can read this comment also in this chat when you scroll down. I just copy pasted here for the convenience .

Today they got in touch and we may have settled all the misunderstandings. The situation is just idiotic, I think this has never happened to anyone. As I said earlier, the first parcel was lost in the Netherlands, the second parcel arrived with someone else's goods, when they returned the money, they made a mistake with the address and sent the money to another person. Who else has had this? I believed them, they gave me proof of their words and promised to return the money tomorrow if I close the dispute PayPal. I decided to take a risk and canceled the claim.===
The user: Agreendream - is putting multiple messages all over this Forum while we have e-mail contact and try to solve the problem with an investigation of the carrier + we stated that we always refund when it's the carriers fault because we have an insurance with every shipping.
@agreendream: I really do not appreciate this way of communication.
We have sent multiple e-mails to each other and all where very clear: we are going to fix the problem together no matter what. I even tried to call you on your phone number but you where not answering. I don't know why you are so "hateful" and want to spread so much "distrust" about us. My mother and I are working so unbelievable hard to make everybody happy with all the things we do. Please read all the happy messages of our planting friends.
Agreendream or better known as Christopher: I want to ask you again (for the fourth time my friend) to wait patiently.
To Agreendream: Why all the impatience? We always reply to e-mail messages and yes sometimes it can take up to 5 working days. I hope you understand my mother and I are wanting to make everybody happy with sharing all wonderful creations of mother nature. Why all this negativity? Why all this hate? Why do you treating us through e-mail and putting so much pressure? Wy can't you just communicate on an adult level and be patience when the investigation of the carrier is done?
To all of our customers who have responded below with their positive experience with us: thank you so much for your support. I hope people read all your comments and don't take the negativity of Agreendream seriously. @Agreendream: Again I don't appreciate this way of treating people, so I want to tell you this AGAIN and AGAIN like we already stated in multiple e-mails to you: WE WILL REFUND YOU after the investigation of our carrier is finished (this is a normal way of doing the refunds due to the insurance policy) . Please stop with putting out all these unfair messages. I want to ask you kindly to not order anymore at our website because we don't want to share and sell our goods to people who are so deeply unfair in life. If you order again, I will refund you instantly and cancel the order so please find another supplier in the future. I wish you all the best.
P.S. I will add a screenshot WHEN we replied and with the dates. We always reply and yesss the first reply took + another one took longer than 5 working days even one time 2 weeks because in the Netherlands we had holiday season and we where on vacation with the children. We are all about full transparency so I hope this will make all clear
