I took both my 30 gallon Fukushu kumquat trees outside to spay for insects and to water thoroughly.

The eggs may not be affected, so you may need to spray a few of more times?

Spray trees down with water hose and/ or neem oil solution once a week to deter spider mites if trees indoors in winter.

Thanks for the suggestions. The trees are back inside for the upcoming 5F temps. This one is back in place
