
I've been thinking about this. We often hear the flavor of a mango called "peach-like." (Then there's the Peach Cobbler mango, which most people say tastes like a tangerine!) What would make it "nectarine-like?" An extra tang? More intensity? What is it that makes a nectarine more flavorful than a peach? How would you differentiate between peach flavor and nectarine flavor in a mango? Is it possible?
