I am thinking of getting some seeds from Bellamy as it looks interesting, how are peoples growing experiences with this fruit?

I have 4 of them.  So far it is similar to caimito, so fairly slow growing when young.  No idea on cold resistance but I am bringing them indoors before the cold weather sets in.  They have been doing great outdoors under 50% shade even with the heatwave we just went through.

I have been growing caimito for about a year now so that is good to hear

I have several plants of C. imperiale. Growing slowly, so I doubt I'll see fruit in less than a decade.

I have access to fruits/scions, as there are 4 trees in the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens only 45 mins away from me.
They might even be fruiting at this time of year, so I intend to have a look at them in the next few weeks.

I have one growing in my greenhouse in vancouver wa for a little over a year. It likes partial shade a lot it seems. huge leaves. I left it in the greenhouse all summer since it seemed happy there.

I went to the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens on Saturday, and I have found that they flower at the start of October here in the southern hemisphere (Start of April in the USA).
