Does this look like normal growth?

This is an M-4 mango tree. It's had short and stubby growth. My other mango trees don't really grow like this. They typically have longer stem growth before pushing out another node.

It's in the ground. Been in ground for a few months.

It's putting It's energies into expanding and establishing It's root system. Watch it start cranking next June. Use a fertilizer with 8% or less nitrogen fertilizer.
