Anyone growing Sinton Citrangequat? I would love more info on this, how is the cold hardness, taste, plant size and size of fruit.

I’ve had it for many years. I lost my old one to a bush hog rotary mower but replaced it a few years ago. Sinton is an outstanding ornamental and I really enjoy the lime-like flavor in water and club soda.

I've grown it. Very nice small bush, with a milder lime like taste. The fruit was too small for my liking. It seems to be an 8a\8b level fruit tree...

I don't think it's very hardy (probably zone
, but the fruit is very pretty and hangs on the tree a long time in Florida. When I tasted it I remember it being very sour and being that there was much better fruit around (in Florida), my colleague and I determined it was best as an ornamental. I'm pretty sure it makes zygotic seed, but I don't know to what degree.
