I took out the plant that was partially submerged...and left the plant that was totally submerged. I already know they can have flooded roots, so I deemed this a pointless experiment.the plant that's totally underwater is doing fine, and just starting to push new leaves.I think it will eventually die in another 6 months. it's hard to keep it underwater so long, because mosquitoes accumulate, evaporation and animals drinking, all make water changes and additions necessary.
