Nm, I confused when you said Old Manny (its a mango variety I have not heard of, I took a quick glance at the picture). Thought you were referring to Mamey Sapote.

I offered him a beautiful 5' maganga mamey sapote for free last year and he said he had no room..

I would jump on that, though I grow everything in containers and running out of  room in containers...

It was in a 24" box and I gave it away to my friend in Ontario.....I think it is still alive.
