M-4 is yet to be named. Hopefully not a name that will just get confused with a bunch of others like the “Peach” ones, etc.

Good to know. Glad I bought a M4 without knowing its flavor profile. Unfortunately, here in SoCal we get what is available not what we want. I wanted to get a CC but seems like M4 will do just fine.

My Piña Colada tree.  By the end of the year it should be a pretty big tree.  Mind you, I selected the smallest but healthiest tree in the nursery.

Thanks.  I grafted lemon Zest at the same time.  It is one of the cases of faded label on my grafts.  I thought all but one of my LZ grafts failed.  Perhaps I have a spare after all.

Thanks, I got these as a gift from the kids recently.  Its worked well, one or two have been pecked mercilessly by birds.  Must be crows that like shinny stuff.

What does the PC fruit look like?

I have a small plant that I thought was PC.  It has a fruit on it that has this point to it.  Almost like a beak.

It didn't look the the PC in the video linked to earlier. 

First two pictures are of the fruit.  I am trying to show the pointed part.
The other 2 pictures show the leafs in case this helps ID the fruit.

This setup worked.
I checked 2 days ago and the fruit had dropped into the plastic container which was still suspended off the ground.  I brought it in and let it sit for two days and ripen further.  I cut it tonight and all I can say is wow!
This was the first fruit from this tree and I understand they get better with time, I can't imagine how it can get better.
It was great and I look forward to more in the coming seasons.
