This summer I spent some time searching for some of my favorite annonas... The famous Illama from Guatemala. The seeds were treated and had very fast germination with the white and Pink seeds... The red flesh annona are much slower to germinate. These are now in 4x4x6 sapling pots and well established. I have taste reviews of the actual fruit.

Hi, Pindaiba is such a good fruit and one of the most intersting looking. Lanceolata fruits from Dec to Feb in Brazil so seed sellers should have them in spring.  I will have more seedlings in the spring from last years expeditions as well. Both my trial seedlings made
It through the SoCal winter just fine so I am growing a few out here.  I’ll have seeds again for sell in 5 years if things go right.  8)

The tastiest of the wild annonas, and a species that I have been chasing for a while. This is a single tree sourced from private property in the state of Bahia Brazil. Previous attempts to germinate were unsuccessful. These are very healthy 1/2 gallon pot grown and limited. This is #2 of 3, I am auctioning and the rest I am growing out for my own collection. From Kelly. Howdy anyone that lives in or near Los Angeles... looks like enough people are interested that we'll hold a plant sale this Saturday, June 3 from 8 am - noon in our driveway. I'm a collector of super rare and unusual fruit trees, but this sale will be a bunch of that BUT ALSO over 50 Rhipsalis, other ornamentals, cacti, lots of free pots or plants with purchase, etc. If your interested, let me know.
I've started a pretty good Airtable database of what's available now. There are many large plants in the list, including many in half-wine barrels so some will require trucks or SUV. Bring bags to help cover any pots if you want to keep your car clean. Hit me up if you're local to Southern California and interested, I'll give the addy and spread the word! 🙂 If you can't make that time/date, just LMK and we'll figure something out.

I really enjoyed eating these in Brazil.  Not a huge amount of flesh but I popped them and ate them all day long.  They are especially good chilled.  I have a bunch of seedlings and they are very fast growers in a Sandy mix.
