You are twisting things like crazy, I don't really don't know what's your problem.
To wrap it all up:

* First you stated that we have not shipped at all, Now you post the images of the arrival of the goods. Thank you so much for that so you confirm with this we DO shipped it to you. So in other words you contradict yourself  ;)
Thank you for that and showing everybody we do are a trustful team :-)  This proves we have always shipped what we have promised.
Fun fact: we even tried to spoil you as you can see in the picture. Example:  you had ordered Capuacu sprouted seeds and as you can see...With all best love and efforts my mother had packed big Capuacu seedlings. This is what we often do for the love of plants and the love of our fellow gardening friends. You did not even notice this because you are in a negative state of mind.

* Christopher @Agreendream: You still spreading lies and unjustified messages in here even after I have already e-mailed you with the whole explanation. I will put a screenshot down below for everybody to see 100% transparency!

* Thank you @JakeFruit for letting Christopher (agreendream) know how it really works and yes of course it's all communication and we have all explained it all.

*@Christopher (Agreendream): you talk about "it's all communication" and your completely right that this is the key but it looks like you are a bit confused or you are two different persons.  One one hand you are sending understanding e-mails to us and on the other hand you are complaining here on the forum with a lot unfair information. Are you the same person as the person that is chatting right here? What is happening with you? Why are you so full of hate, disgust and untruthfulness :-(  Being in this kind of state in life will be not good for you personal health.

* Again and again, I will repeat myself, Yessss our first reply to your e-mail was 14 days later than usual due to our holiday with the children. We did put that on our website and automatic e-mail reply and after that, we had good contact right? 

For everybody I will add a screenshot below what we have emailed to Christopher for the 100% full transparency because Agreendream (Christopher) is really taking this whole simple issue to a childish untrustfull terrorising level.

If Communication is the Key, why won't you pick up your phone when I call you to talk it out? Why are you lying about straight up facts? Why are you not reply to the e-mail we have sent you? (To all readers: look at the date of sending and the date of the post in this forum of Christopher) And in the meanwhile still spreading unfair messages about us?

This is really getting too pathetic right now, but I believe in the power of LOVE. So I hope you will find some goodness in your heart en reflect your own actions. 

We often refund 50% of the value from the order that are is arrived or delayed too long etc. or we resent the package when the customer is willing to pay the shipping. There are hundreds of customers who can confirm this on this forum, but it is all in good communication. The thing you are doing right now is taking too much negative time and energy so PLEASE READ YOUR E-MAIL and REPLY as an adult instead of putting all this hate messages in this forum.

Again I really hope you will see the light and can redeem yourself of all this develish hate.

Hi Triphal,

Great question my friend. I also answered this question on our website but maybe it's a good idea to add this more prominent :-) We will do this asap.

Surinam was about 200-300+ years a colony of the Netherlands so there are special bonds between these 2 countries. There are living almost the same amount Surinam people in the Netherlands as in Surinam self haha. It's a real special thing because Surinam has only 500.000 inhabitants.

I'm living with my mother in the Netherlands. My mother is born in Surinam. My uncle, aunt and grandmother are still living there and we can sent packages to each other in a very fast way due to the special bonds between the countries with special shipping / airplane connections.

Also I'm often on family visiting. Right nog I'm in Surinam myself (very hot this period and very dry weather right now so less fruits and less seeds). I will take seeds and fruits with me to the Netherlands also. So delivery time to the Netherlands is even 9 hours! Faster then this is not possible I guess ;-) Great solution right.

This is why we can ship extremely fast. Fresh products can be in the Netherlands within 3 days if I'm not taking the seeds myself.

Why do we want to ship from the Netherlands and not from Surinam?
Surinam is a third world country and worldwide shipping is not completely possible. And if you can ship, it will take tooo long due to the infrastructure and the way things are arrange (better said not good arranged) over here.
In contrary The Netherlands has one of the best developed infrastructures in the world so shipping from the Netherlands through the whole world is the best thing to do. We are blessed with the bonds between both countries and blessed with family members in both countries who are doing this all together with passion for plants :-).

   Always wondered how they can manage this kind of business selling Tropical fruit seeds collecting from around Surinam about 3 degrees N of the Equator and sending to an intermediary in Netherlands about 10 degrees South from the Arctic Circle and ship it back to the tropical or subtropical area customers. All by Airmail! Thought of finding out their contact phone numbers in Netherlands and Surinam to enquire and assess their knowledge of the tropical fruit trees or bushes surrounding Surinam and how they gathered the seeds, stored, how they packed, how they mailed. Most important also is the TIME taken for these above processes.
   I have over eight (8) decades of keen interest in the Tropical and Subtropical fruit trees, bushes and vines and almost six (6) decades in the Temperate fruit trees, bushes and vines.
   Please note that I have never bought anything from them and I am not blaming or praising them. But just  eager to know how they do this delicate time consuming multinational transfer of Agricultural items (Tropical seeds)through International Customs, Courier and Postal departments.  Triphal

Hi Everyone,

My mother did some research online about our name Seeds Del Mundo and she stumbled different forum chats on this forum. I will reply to all the messages once because we really don't like all this negativity from one person while we are doing our best to solve everything.

If you read this subject carefully what is opened by Forster who had a questions, everything is worked out perfectly fine. Forster self wrote this here below, so I hope everything is clear voor everybody. The person Agreendream (Christopher) is spreading unnecessary negativity about us. We are really sad about this. I hope when other "customers" or I prefer I call our customers "our friends" are reading this, are willing to take the time and effort to let the community know that we are all about love, caring and honesty.

Please read the message of our friend Foster below that is a confirmation of how we solve weird issues. You can read this comment also in this chat when you scroll down. I just copy pasted here for the convenience .

Today they got in touch and we may have settled all the misunderstandings. The situation is just idiotic, I think this has never happened to anyone. As I said earlier, the first parcel was lost in the Netherlands, the second parcel arrived with someone else's goods, when they returned the money, they made a mistake with the address and sent the money to another person. Who else has had this?  ;D ;D ;D I believed them, they gave me proof of their words and promised to return the money tomorrow if I close the dispute PayPal. The user: Agreendream - is putting multiple messages all over this Forum while we have e-mail contact and try to solve the problem with an investigation of the carrier + we stated that we always refund when it's the carriers fault because we have an insurance with every shipping.

@agreendream: I really do not appreciate this way of communication.  :( We have sent multiple e-mails to each other and all where very clear: we are going to fix the problem together no matter what. I even tried to call you on your phone number but you where not answering. I don't know why you are so "hateful" and want to spread so much "distrust" about us. My mother and I are working so unbelievable hard to make everybody happy with all the things we do. Please read all the happy messages of our planting friends.

Agreendream or better known as Christopher: I want to ask you again (for the fourth time my friend) to wait patiently.

To Agreendream:
Why all the impatience? We always reply to e-mail messages and yes sometimes it can take up to 5 working days. I hope you understand my mother and I are wanting to make everybody happy with sharing all wonderful creations of mother nature. Why all this negativity? Why all this hate? Why do you treating us through e-mail and putting so much pressure? Wy can't you just communicate on an adult level and be patience when the investigation of the carrier is done?

To all of our customers who have responded below with their positive experience with us: thank you so much for your support. I hope people read all your comments and don't take the negativity of Agreendream seriously.   :D

@Agreendream: Again I don't appreciate this way of treating people, so I want to tell you this AGAIN and AGAIN like we already stated in multiple e-mails to you: WE WILL REFUND YOU after the investigation of our carrier is finished (this is a normal way of doing the refunds due to the insurance policy) . Please stop with putting out all these unfair messages. I want to ask you kindly to not order anymore at our website because we don't want to share and sell our goods to people who are so deeply unfair in life. If you order again, I will refund you instantly and cancel the order so please find another supplier in the future. I wish you all the best. 

P.S. I will add a screenshot WHEN we replied and with the dates. We always reply and yesss the first reply took + another one took longer than 5 working days even one time 2 weeks because in the Netherlands we had holiday season and we where on vacation with the children.  We are all about full transparency so I hope this will make all clear  :D

What is the advantages of buying pulp?
The advantage is that you see what you are buying. The pulp will last longer in the vacuumed packaging and the seeds will not become moldy. It is not always possible to see from the outside of the fruit whether the inside is still good. We have also had reactions in the past that the fruit was no longer 100% perfect on the inside. If you receive only the Pulp / Fruit Flesh, you know you are getting only 100% good seed quality and fresh flesh.  :)

      Less cold tolerant than cacao.

      The fruits have a hard time between 10 and 14 degrees Celsius. So they are not cold tolerance.

      Hi, for your consideration. See both fruits here. The purple is the Annona diversifolia and the red is the Annona reticulata. We saw that Top Tropicals made the same mistake and we pointed it out to them. We have both fruit trees and can therefore also show the difference. They are very different in appearance and taste. But if we're wrong, please convince us.
