the white jaboticabas are fruiting regularly, and seem to be keeping up the pace with the Red jaboticaba (almost)
the fruits I've grown so far are by no means large, and they have plenty of seeds...but the flavor is really unique, with essentially no acidity when they are perfectly ripe.
definitely not a tree that has much commercial potential, but is not a bad choice for dooryard growers, and collectors.
the tree is extremely beautiful, somewhat precocious, and almost everbearing....and can fruit in deep shade, or in a pot for many years.
one thing is for certain, this tree is not for people who complain about fruits being too small, or having too many seeds!
