Title: Tree Identification

Can anyone tell me what kind of tree this is?  I am on Hawaii and discovered this tree when cleaning up our newly-purchased land.  Curious if anyone can tell me the tree type.  Thank you.

The wood and the flowers remind me Casimiroa edulis but the leaves seem different.

Looks like white-sapote.

Any idea of what White Sapote cultivar this is?
