Curled up leaves clementine hernandina
« on: November 17, 2022, 07:50:32 PM »
Hi,

I bought a clementine tree with curled up leaves thinking it hadn't been watered enough. I checked and there are no parasites or small little insects on my tree. However after 10 days of thourough watering so that the core of the sod gets humid (The soil in which it is actually potted is quite dense.), the leaves are still curled up...

When i bought it, the shop told me not to repot it before march (i live in the south of france). Shall i repot it now ?
Will the leaves go back to their original shape, or will it stay like this ?

Thanks a lot for your help and guidance

If citrus leaves become curled, they never uncurl again I believe. So be careful not to overwater it now.

The leaves are somewhat curled, but overall the tree looks quite healthy.  Even the leaf curl is not that bad.
