I have seen pics of massive ones in Brazil. Is that where he is in that pic?

I planted a marang seedling in my greenhouse last year.  Some time later I read they get like a hundred feet tall. 

Oh well, future problem

Artocarpus, yes, tree is in Rio. brian, too funny! Maybe you got lucky with a dwarf seedling, or one you can control. Pneuma, the book is his autobiography, The World Was My Garden: Travels of a Plant Explorer. Highly recommended!

Neat picture. I knew they got big in Brazil, but thought they'd stay smaller in FL. This one in FL though is huge, should've planted mine somewhere else! There was a recent YouTube video about this sabara jabo, they think it's about 70 years old, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N41lYQnRtBU
