https://onegreenworld.com/product-category/berries/chilean-guava/ has a few varieties you can do research on. I have been looking to find Ka-Pow but it's patented in the UK, so I don't think it's possible to buy anywhere in the US.

I would be careful to keep it out of intense sun. I've killed a few of them with temperatures above 90 F.
