Avacado tree problem.

need help


I have this super house or ooh la la avocado tree I just bought.. and the selection was limited but it has several leaves that look like this
Is anybody know what the problem is here??

Do you see anything under the leaf surface like black or brownish deposits ? Looks like lace wing damage but not sure unless i see the undersurface.
