Selling abiu for shipping $50 a box
« on: July 08, 2023, 07:35:57 PM »
I had a few local guys buy the first week of fruit.
I have around 12lbs of fruit so I can do 2lbs of abiu with some cac or peach cobbler mangos for $50 including shipping.
I can only ship to states that allow it. Sorry CA.
I can only do 6 boxes these week.
Pm me if interested. First come first serve.

Sorry for being dense, but how do you eat them? Do they need to be ripened on the counter for a couple of days first? Thanks.

I usually leave then outside until they are pretty much all yellow. Then slice them along the equator and scoop out with a spoon.

Apparently last year I was leaving them to long on the tree and they were getting over ripe. I'm still learning about it though

Gotcha, I'll put them in a paper bag until they turn yellow and get a little soft like an avocado before cutting into them. Thanks.

Thanks, everyone for the overwhelming amount of interest.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop taking orders as I'm nearly out of fruit.
I'll be able to fill a handful of shipping orders but nowhere close to the amount of demand.

It seems I have a rather large waiting list so I will try to contact those members in the order they PM'd

Thanks again

Thank you for the fruit. Tasted 1 so far and it was great. Definitely has a grapey flavor mixed with caramel. Awesome seller! Highly recommend.

Thanks for the incredible abiu and mangos skhan, highly recommend people grab some if theres availability in the future.

Went in blind and it didn't taste how I expected. Very pleasantly sweet and mild, I would agree with Surfmatt's description of grape-flavor with a light touch of caramel.

Thanks again!!
