I have a bonanza peach and unknow white peach i got from Florida.

I'm looking to graft few more on to my white peach tree

It’s kind of late to graft low chill peaches, mine are already blooming.  Members Brad and K-rimes were offering great varieties last month.  If other members don’t reply maybe check out Fruitwood nursery, they offer scion wood.

I had a florida prince tree that was super low chill (100-150hrs).  It was the earliest fruit of any peachers here.  Fruit was ready by end of April.  The problem was it came out of dormancy so early it would get hit by peach leaf curl worse than the CA varieties since our wet season is in winter and early spring here.

Just sharing my experience.  I would be interested in the UF best but I think it would be the same story.  Those peaches from FL are crazy low chill hours. 

I think a person growing peaches would be best off trying to roughly match the chill requirements to their particular weather/location.  My location, seems to do best with trees in the 200-250 range.  AZ, probably has more chill hours. Other places, even nearby here in SD county can have a lot different chill hours depending on their elevation and distance from the ocean.  Im just throwing that out there for food for thought for people growing these stone fruits.  The chill ratings seem to matter quite a bit.

I think here arizona we need 100 to 150 to 200 is max because anything more than that doesnt perform well here. I had some fruit trees that had 350 and they didn't come out of dormancy so I needed lower chill. I have an ana apple that i grafted golden dorestte and tropical apple and im also gonna graft Hawaii apple scions to.

As far as peaches i think i will look around thank again.
