I just read a post in a Chinese forum, thanks Bill for the link:

One of the expert the said water YangMei with a mixed beer or carbon drink, like soda with 30 to 50 time of water will help the PH level because those drinks have a high PH level.

What does everyone think about this idea?

Here is a picture of the ruby crispy guava I germinated the seeds from.


I also brought a grafted 水蜜芭乐, don't know the English name of it, and I tried the fruit from the seller.  They are very good, similar to crystal but better

Time will tell.

I am on a project hope to develop a new or better variety Ruby crispy guava.  I germinated over 150 seeds and few seedlings are different from the rest.  Hope for the best.

Sure, but don't forget that shipping cost more than the plant and then there is the risk of it not making it. People have reasons for not going that route.

RevivalR00ts, it is not again you.  You have no control on those bids.   
 I just want to said the bidders are crazy.  If I have to pay $3000 for it, I think I would take the risk and order from Jason.  $3000 can at least 10 attempts.

I am planning to soak my trees with Superthrive vitamin solution be fore I am plan them in the Potts. 

Does anyone had experience with this product.  How long should I soak the trees?  I am planning to soak them overnight, is that ok?
