Papaya update - Victory, almost

After almost 3 years, I finally have flowers on my Sunrise papayas. I've lost many due to cold/rain, but I have 3 that are thriving. They have no protection. They are near the wall on the east/south facing side of the house. Perhaps they have a cold-resistance gene.

That's great Rodney,
I've seen quite a few fruiting papayas in OC, outdoors, so I'm glad to see that yours are able to thrive with no protection. How tall is this one?
