Cancer research has collected research money for decades without a guaranteed cure.  Is greening to become the new research cash cow?  They will spend such a sum on something like this?  Incredible!

That is nothing but a water molecule in a great lake.

The citrus industry in Florida alone is nearly 9 billion annually, along with tens of thousands of jobs at stake.  Consider the rest of the country/world?

If the dogs can utilize their heightened ability to sense citrus greening scents to catch the early stages of CG, then by all means, let's get them to work yesterday!  Need another 3 million Mr. Researcher Dog Trainer Guy?

Note also it says the dogs will detect diesease(s), so  not just HLB. So it could be very worthwhile. Then again money is going to a government agency, so it could just end up being a bunch of lazy dogs scratching themselves.  ;)
