Anyone ever used nectar for the gods, Microbe Life photoplus or Cultured Biologix?

I use fish emulsion/home made , leaf fertilizers such as kristalon /have only used the green one. I make a liquid fertilizer with soaked animal manure and sometimes I water my plants with ammonium nitrate dissolved in water thought with the last one I have burnt some of my plants a few times so do not recommend doing this. I also top dress my pots with manure from time to time .
Have never followed any regimen for fertilization, I tried but seem to forget dates of application and etc...thought I believe for optimal results u should make a routine ...

I used to use chicken manure thinking I couldn't really over-fertilize with it. Not true, and killed a few seedlings this spring. I use a low dose of water-soluble fertilizer now, but for the most part I think doing nothing is safest. If I didn't fertilize for a year most of my plants would be completely fine. https://hydro-gardens.com/product/hobby-formula-25lbs-bag-10-8-22/

Fresh animal manure that has not broken down with is strong stuff especially the nitrates, will toast your plants.
Trying to keep way from animal poop. Plus getting the good stuff is hard to come by lol

I think chicken manure is the hottest and most intense . Have never fertilised with chicken manure since have no source for it. In my experience manures are tricky since I have used half aged animal manures on vegetables and have not since had any burns on them, but the same manure applied on trees/ potted seems to burn some of them...

6-4-6 with micros pellets every other month
Chicken manure in between

I put 3 trowels of chicken manure into each 15G pots
Citrus and lychee not flushing, not showing any burns
Mango is flushing, some Sugarloaf shoots showing burns

Fresh chicken manure is ok as long as you don't overdo it, just like any fertilizer.

Cool.
So no one has tried Nectar for the gods or Cultured, guess its mainly the 'pepper' farmers who use that.
And the other pricier quality liquid nutrients.
Have been trying it with my potted outdoor plants so far I liked the results. Just well not a strict into regimen person.
More of hobby nothing on a large scale for sure.

Havent tried Nectar of the gods.  It sounds expensive and gimmicky.  What are you growing?

Bagged fertilizers from a nursery should be fine.  You don't need anything special really.

Do you care if its organic?

Yeah trying to grow more organic, most have some fruit trees. cherries (pitomba, grum, rio, barbados), sapote, few citrus now starting up some herbs.
Have few ornamentals orchids and flowering trees
The line I tried first the sample stuff.  desert roses and stuff.
Have used some DTE recently on some transplants.
Was using espoma and organically done, but honestly was not really seeing anything much.

Rabbit, guinea pig and other animals of those type, have manure that can be used fresh, unlike chicken & cow manure.

I use-
worm castings (top dressing & liquid)
compost
aquarium waste water
Dr. Earth liquid concentrate & slow release fertilizers (occasionally).  This mainly for the kelp.

I use lots of fresh chicken manure.  Makes the plants grow like crazy.  Just don't use too much.  My chickens freerange the orchard and I take it straight from the coop and put onto the mulch layer of my trees and vegetables.  Have yet to see anything but good growth.

Bagged fertilizers like eb stone fruit tree, Dr earth, gro power citrus, etc work good too.  Dried chicken manure is the main ingredient in a lot of the organic bagged fertilizers.

The best fertilizer is leaves and mulch. It breaks down into fertilizer and feeds the mycorrhiza. I also use foliar spray

I have been using only Osmocote Plus for my container plants for years and I'm very happy with it.  I just started using Jacks High Performance 25-5-15 for my in-ground trees because the Osmocote was getting expensive.

Check out Korean Natural Farming (KNF) and JADAM

I am practicing these methodologies and so far have been happy with the results and enjoying the process.

Syntropic is another practice I am learning more about and trying to implement.

The best part about all of these methods is they free you from buying fertilizers and pesticides.

Essentially these methods focus on building a robust and "smart" soil biology custom tailored to your land.  Then they give you the tools to create solutions from plants and other natural sources to feed the soil biology.  JADAM in particular has an extensive pest management strategy again which you can make yourself with a few ingredients.

Frog Valley Farm and PineIslander come to mind as other forum members practicing regenerative land stewardship and  have some excellent posts explaining what they do.
