Em, as far as I know, you can't buy coca leaf seeds online. I think it's illegal. If you're saying that you want to use them for medicinal purposes, I reckon it would be best to reach out to your doctor. Anyway, getting hold of them might be tricky, so I recommend taking an alternative to coca leaves. To the extent that I know, it has the same properties as the coca leaves. I, for instance, get it from https://osirisorganics.com/collections/all. Try it! It's absolutely legal, and I'm sure it will help you!

Difficult to grow and very difficult to source here in north america, but more than a few are growing it here.

Seeds are viable for about one week? 

Finding someone nearby is a trick, getting them to trust you even moreso. Cannot help with that, but head over to shroomery org and read some erythroxylum threads in the forums...

Coca doesnt grow in california. 

You can grow kratom though and chew the leaves and they will make you numb and stimulated but it tastes terrible.  Its really not enjoyable.  The plant grows ok though.  And its legal.

Coca will grow and overwinter in California...outdoors even! At least it has in midcal (i'm not growing it)

There's tons of people in the States that grow coca. Up north indoors and in the extreme south outdoors.  Its really not at all uncommon.  No less than a few dozen people in Florida growing it. That said I don't have it. As mentioned above the trick is getting on the more "drug" related forums and getting those with it to trust you. Its not impossible by any means to get. In fact peyote, ayahuasca, etc etc are extremely available in the States.  Its all about who you know and how hard you try to find it. Several people outside the country too will ship it here nonchalantly.  Also its viability lasts way longer than one week if stored in some sort of moist media like many of our tropical fruit seeds. Keep on looking you WILL find what you seek eventually.

As brad mentioned above yes kratom tastes horrible to most people. The trick to potency though is getting it established in the ground for a few years. In pots it will not get very potent and just taste bitter as hell. That said kratom is the real deal and works wonders for many people seeking and alternative to prescription meds for pain etc. Also for those with low energy issues like chronic fatigue etc. Some strains cause significant euphoria too and may help some with depression and anxiety issues. Its most certainly worth a try especially before going on meds that might long term cause way more harm than good.
