It is tropical plant. Annona/sugar apple?

Yes it looks like an unripe fruit from the Annona family. Looks a bit like Sugar apple or Ilama

I am confident that is a Sugar Apple. The leaves are the wrong shape and are a bit small for Ilamma or Atemoya.
